NOAH CZERNY
Born 1904. Middle child, only son.
Lives a privileged life, though faces responsibilities and pressures common for the only male heir in a well-off household.

In the late spring of 1921 he was assaulted, beaten, and left for dead in the woods by his second year roommate/best friend. Motive was thought to have ties to Occultism. Noah never admitted who victimized him; professionals figured he went into shock and lost his short-term memory regarding the incident. If not found by a local huntsman, Noah would have died.

His hospital stay was brief. Examination and X-ray indicated a fracture on the left side of his face. Broad contusions formed due to hemorrhaging. Noah spent the entire visit doped with morphine or barbiturates, so he doesn't remember anything about it. Due to his parents' wealth, they were able to afford a home care nurse to look after Noah during his five weeks of bed rest and following six months of general recovery.

Due to the restrictive nature in which he was kept, Noah's personality went from lackadaisical and trouble-making to something more odd. Doctor's orders required very little mental activity to ensure Noah's mental faculties were kept in tact; however, lack of a coping mechanism combined with boredom caused mental deterioration. Now he's quiet, weird, and awkward, although some mischievousness he possessed before are still present from time to time.
